The "Best of the Year of Access to Disabled Persons" was hold to highlight the success of organizations and individuals in the field of promotion  in human  rights, participation and development of people  with disabilities, and the promotion of protections of people with disabilities and awards ceremony at "Blue Sky Hotel".

The first event which initiated by the Council on the Rights of People with Disabilities, established by the Decree No. 136 of the Government of Mongolia,  was organized by the Ministry of Labor and the Development of the Disabled People in Mongolia. This event is very significant for public and others  showing organizations  and companies  in the business community that give out positive attitudes and good practice towards the disability people  in their daily activities.

2.Best division council- Non-staff sub coumcil  to ensure the right of persons with disabilities in Bayankhongor province.

3. Best an educational establishment-  ‘’Future 21^st century’’ complex school in Khuvsgul province

4. Best health organization- National Center for Blood Transfusion

5. Best employment organization-  ‘’Sky hypermarket LLC’’

6. Best public and environment local committee- Public economy service in Darkhan-Uul province

7. Best media service- ‘’Mongol HD’’ television

8.Best public figure- Kh.Purevsuren, teacher of Special Education Secondary School, Arvaikheer Sum of Uvurkhangai Province

9. Best Non-governmental organization- person with disableds council
